Terms and Conditions

Your agreement with Finn Harps Football Club for participation in the New Year New Car Draw consists of these terms and conditions and the following additional terms and conditions:

The promotor and facilitator of this draw is Finn Harps Football Club in conjunction with Highland Motors.

 

New Year New Car Draw Eligibility

Board Members of Finn Harps F.C. and employees of Highland Motors are prohibited from entry into the New Year New Car Draw.

All participants must be over 18 years of age.

 

New Year New Car Draw Rules

Entrants must formally elect to participate in the draw by either written consent providing contact details to their seller or by filling in the details required on our online application.

Upon Purchase of a ticket the purchaser becomes a member of Finn Harps New Year New Car Draw.

The cost of entry is €20.00 per ticket of 3 tickets for €50.

The draw is open to anyone nationwide over the age of 18 years of age.

The New Year New Car Draw will take place on the 31st of December 2020 and will be recorded.

The implementation conduction and verification of this draw will be fully supervised by an Independent Adjudicator.

The New Year New Car Draw will be conducted by a member of the Board on the 31st of December 2020.

All winning participants will be notified personally via phone and will be announced via our social media channels and website and by registered postal letter within 7 days of the draw date. If the winning participant cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, Finn Harps Football Club reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner, in this event a subsequent draw will take place in accordance with all terms and conditions.

Winning participants give consent to their details being published and to take part in promotional activities involved in the collection of the prizes. Personal data will include name image and video being published.

All participants details will be kept in and used solely in accordance with Irish Data Protection Legislation and will not be discloses to a third party without prior consent.

A participant cannot win more than one prize with the same entry.

The Board of Directors will not engage in negotiations with the supplier of the car on behalf of the winner.

Finn Harps Football Club, its Directors, Employees, Servants or Agents will not accept any liability for defects, mechanical or otherwise found in the car supplied, or subsequently arising, or for any consequences thereof, howsoever arising. Cars supplied will be subject to the normal warranty issued by the manufacturers.

By purchasing a ticket the participant is deemed to accept all terms and conditions outlined.

No cash or other alternatives will be offered.

First Prize is a Renault Clio – no cash alternative

Second Prize is a Dacia Sandero Stepway – no cash alternative

Third Prize is €1000.00 cash

All prizes are non-transferrable.

The winners are responsible for any registration fees on taking ownership of the vehicle should they reside outside the Republic of Ireland.

Finn Harps Football Club accept no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted corrupted or misdirected entries. Finn Harps Football Club accepts no responsibility for claims correspondence whether due to error, omission, altering, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption or communications failure.

 

General

The legitimate expenses and overheads of the New Year New Car Draw will be borne by the draw fund.

The Board of Directors must approve changes in the New Year New Car Draw terms, conditions or rules. The decision of the Board of Directors concerning interpretation of the rules in matters pertaining to the New Year will be final.

Finn Harps Football Club reserve the right to cancel or amend the draw, all terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including related to pandemics, or any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or any other.

We will at all times comply with our obligations in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations as regards relevant data in our possession relating to you.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Car Draw application form and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it, is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
